Each agency has its own database, never shared with anyone else's. Staff roles decide what each person may open, change and see, down to client prices, linguist rates, margins and bank details. Staff can sign in with Microsoft, passwords are stored as salted hashes, only the people you choose can release linguist payments, and important changes are logged.
