Pay every linguist correctly, and never twice
Linguists request payment in their portal and your team approves it. Pay through Wise, Airwallex or PayPal, one at a time or as a whole pay run, with the right bank details for each country. Each payment has a single reference, so it can't be sent twice, and the linguist is emailed once the money has gone.
