Do we need to install anything?
No. Your agency gets its own secure portal at yourname.linguistriks.com, and it works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone. Your clients and linguists get their own portals too.
Can you move our data across from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes. Installation and onboarding are included, and we can help bring across your clients, linguists and rates so you start with everything in place.
How does the AI work, and can we switch it off?
AI drafts, suggests and answers questions; people stay in charge. Anything that sends a message or changes data waits for a person to confirm. AI stays off until an admin at your agency turns it on.
